1. Scope and network responsibility

This disclosure explains general performance considerations for Rodeo Internet LLC’s fiber, fixed wireless, and Stampede 5G broadband. The selected plan’s Broadband Consumer Label and accepted plan schedule provide its specific performance, data conditions, equipment, and commercial terms. A general disclosure does not replace those plan-specific facts.

Fiber service connects a qualified premises through an optical terminal and network facilities. Fixed wireless uses a premises radio and a serving access point. Stampede uses an authorized gateway and an underlying wireless carrier. Rodeo provides the subscriber-facing functions described in the order; upstream operators may control radio access, backhaul, roaming, interconnection, and traffic treatment on their networks.

2. Performance and shared capacity

Actual download speed, upload speed, and latency depend on network load, backhaul and internet paths, customer equipment, software, local wiring and Wi-Fi, connected devices, test servers, and the requested application. Fiber can share access or upstream capacity. Fixed wireless additionally depends on signal path, sector load, obstructions, interference, and weather. Stampede additionally depends on cell load, spectrum, serving carrier, plan priority, device bands, and handoffs.

The Broadband Consumer Label identifies supportable typical performance for the plan. Advertised maxima, gateway specifications, and Wi-Fi link rates are not substitutes for measured service performance. An “up to 1.6 Gbps” claim, if used and substantiated for an offer, is a maximum under qualifying conditions and must not be presented as typical Stampede performance. Speed tests can differ by location, time, and method.

3. Allowances, priority, and speed reductions

Each plan must identify any included data allowance, priority-data threshold, measurement period, overage, cutoff, or reduced-speed treatment before purchase. If a restriction does not apply, the plan schedule should expressly state that fact. This disclosure creates no undisclosed cap or penalty and does not declare that every plan is unlimited.

Deprioritization means affected traffic may receive lower scheduling priority during congestion; speeds can recover as congestion eases. Throttling means a defined speed limit applies under a plan rule. Neither term should be used as a substitute for the other. Shared radio congestion can slow Stampede service even before a usage threshold is reached.

Stampede carrier and plan assignments can affect priority relative to other traffic. The plan schedule must identify material treatment that applies to the selected offer. A restriction from one carrier or plan does not automatically apply to another, and Stampede conditions do not automatically apply to fiber or fixed wireless.

4. Stampede carrier-specific plans

Standard, Standard Annual, and Elite describe Rodeo’s retail pricing, commitment, and equipment options. They do not identify the underlying network or change that network’s permitted uses. Your order must identify the assigned carrier plan and its applicable restrictions. The following conditions apply when the corresponding carrier plan is assigned; do not combine thresholds from different plans or assume a different carrier’s terms apply.

AT&T Unlimited AX

  • Eligibility and location: a qualified data-only router or hotspot used for business applications, with a qualifying residential or non-residential business address. The designated address must pass site verification before activation, and data use is limited to that address within the U.S. Domestic Coverage Area. A residential address that qualifies for business use is not a general authorization for residential or RV travel use.
  • Congestion and usage: speeds may be reduced while the network is busy at any usage level. After 250 GB in one billing cycle, additional congestion-related reductions may apply for the rest of that cycle. In rare cases where usage significantly contributes to congestion, a more severe reduction may apply for at least 30 minutes. No specific reduced speed is stated for these measures; this is not a promise of a 250 GB guaranteed-speed allowance.
  • Video: Video Management targets standard-definition streaming, with video throughput capped at 2 Mbps for 5G-enabled plans/devices and 1.5 Mbps for plans/devices not compatible with 5G. Some content may render differently. These video rates are not the overall broadband speed or the threshold treatment above.
  • Devices: compatible-device tethering and hotspot functionality are allowed. 5G and 5G+ require a compatible device and qualifying coverage; availability is not universal.
  • Roaming: off-network service is not an included entitlement unless confirmed in the order. Where authorized, off-network data may be limited to 2G speeds and a line-specific allowance; exceeding it can lead to restriction or termination. The actual allowance and permitted territory must be confirmed before purchase.

T-Mobile — TMO SM Unlimited

  • Location: use is allowed only at locations expressly approved in writing by the supplier before activation following a coverage assessment. Coverage-map presence alone is not approval. Moving service or RV use requires the applicable location authorization.
  • Fair use: the threshold is 1.2 TB per SIM per billing cycle. If a SIM exceeds that threshold, the supplier may remove the plan from that SIM or reassign it to a different price plan.
  • Meaning of the threshold: the supplied condition is a plan-removal/reassignment rule, not a specified 3 Mbps throttle or a congestion-only reduction. No particular post-threshold speed, video limit, roaming allowance, or automatic retail price increase is established by this summary. Applicable additional restrictions and any changed retail price must be disclosed in the order or through the required change process.

Verizon — VZ Unlimited 5G WT

  • Business use and devices: this is a business-only router plan. It includes supported Verizon 5G and 4G LTE coverage. Access to 5G Ultra Wideband C-band service requires a C-band-capable device and qualifying coverage; Nationwide 5G and Ultra Wideband are distinct.
  • Priority: all data may be prioritized behind other customers during congestion, including before the threshold below.
  • Speed reduction: after a line exceeds 1.2 TB of domestic data in a billing cycle, additional usage is limited to up to 3 Mbps for the rest of that cycle. Exceeding 1.2 TB in each of three consecutive billing cycles may require migration to another plan or result in suspension.
  • Applications: point-of-sale, mobile-terminal, and business-productivity uses are permitted. Continuous video streaming, public/guest Wi-Fi, and web-hosting systems require prior supplier approval. Ordinary streaming is described as supporting 4K, but that does not waive the continuous-streaming restriction or guarantee 4K at reduced speeds or during congestion.
  • Data-only service: regular voice, SMS, and MMS may not be provisioned on this plan. The supplier’s limited 611/911 calling exception does not establish that a particular broadband gateway can place emergency calls. Do not rely on this router plan as an emergency telephone service.

A permission on a different carrier product does not transfer to these plans. In particular, any public/guest Wi-Fi exception for Verizon’s Custom FWA Primary All Access plan is not an automatic exception for VZ Unlimited 5G WT. Required approvals must identify the actual plan and use.

Supplier restrictions can affect provisioning, continued eligibility, or the available carrier plan. Rodeo will disclose the applicable conditions before acceptance and handle material changes with the notice, consent, and remedies required by the customer’s agreement and law. A supplier’s ability to reassign a plan is not permission to impose an undisclosed retail charge.

5. Applications, video, devices, and IP services

Any applicable video optimization, resolution limit, hotspot/tethering restriction, application-specific treatment, commercial prioritization, blocked-port rule, or other material traffic practice must be described accurately in the plan-specific disclosure. This general page neither authorizes an undisclosed practice nor promises that upstream networks have no restrictions.

Gateway capability, firmware, placement, external antennas, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi standards affect performance. Local Wi-Fi is distinct from the fiber, fixed wireless, or carrier connection. Carrier-grade NAT, dynamic addressing, or other upstream restrictions can affect inbound connections, hosting, port forwarding, and some VPN configurations where those practices apply. Public/static IP addresses, unrestricted inbound ports, and specialized network features are included only when confirmed in the order.

Ordinary lawful use of VPNs, games, streaming, or multiple household devices is not inherently an AUP violation. Any actual technical or plan limitation must be disclosed separately; technical incompatibility is not automatically misconduct.

6. Network protection

Rodeo and upstream providers may use reasonable security measures to address malware, denial-of-service patterns, spam, fraud, compromised credentials, harmful interference, and traffic subject to a lawful blocking requirement. Measures may include verification, isolation of affected equipment, traffic controls, or temporary restriction proportionate to the threat. They are distinct from commercial data allowances and do not create hidden overage charges.

Where practical and legally required, customers receive notice and an opportunity to correct an issue. Contact support to investigate a false positive, unexplained restriction, or usage-measurement concern. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Commercial terms and privacy

Monthly and one-time charges, billing start, contract duration, early termination, equipment ownership, returns, and any post-term price belong in your accepted order and applicable label. The Terms and Conditions describe the Standard, Standard Annual, and Elite Stampede offers and general broadband terms. They do not set fiber or fixed wireless prices.

The Privacy Policy explains processing of account, connection, usage, and security information and your choices. The Stampede Coverage and Portability Terms explain travel and wireless coverage limits. Broadband labels and plan schedules must be available with the applicable offer before purchase; these policies are not themselves FCC labels.
