Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Service and territory
These terms apply exclusively to Rodeo Stampede 5G broadband provided by Rodeo Internet LLC. Stampede is intended for domestic connectivity within the United States wherever the selected plan, authorized gateway, and applicable underlying carrier permit service. “Nationwide” describes a broad national footprint, not guaranteed coverage at every address, highway, campground, workplace, building, or outdoor location.
Portability is governed by the selected plan. Home, workplace, hotel, travel, and RV use are permitted to the extent authorized by that plan and its carrier. Any material primary-location registration, moving-device, prolonged out-of-area, roaming, or in-motion restriction must be conspicuous in the accepted order or plan schedule. These terms do not grant a use prohibited by a restriction properly disclosed before purchase, or add an undisclosed carrier restriction after purchase.
Current carrier-plan restrictions: AT&T Unlimited AX permits business applications only at the designated, verified service address. TMO SM Unlimited requires written supplier approval of each service location before activation. VZ Unlimited 5G WT is business-only. None of those statements establishes unrestricted residential, RV, or in-motion use. Any exception must be documented for the assigned plan before Rodeo offers or activates the otherwise restricted use.
2. Coverage maps and qualification
Coverage maps use radio models and reported network information and are planning estimates. A mapped location may lack usable service. Availability varies among 5G, 4G LTE, frequency bands, devices, and indoor or outdoor locations. RV walls, metal buildings, valleys, vegetation, and crowded venues can significantly affect reception.
Check each intended location and, when practical, test under the intended conditions before relying on Stampede as your sole connection. Rodeo can help review available information but cannot guarantee the operation of an underlying carrier’s towers. Any trial, return, or cancellation remedy comes from the accepted order and applicable law; these terms do not invent a coverage guarantee or trial period.
3. Performance and network changes
Distance from a cell, terrain, structures, vegetation, weather, interference, antenna placement, frequency band, network load, backhaul, device capability, software, and application servers can affect speed and latency. Strong signal does not guarantee fast throughput. A 5G indicator does not guarantee the fastest 5G tier; a connection may use LTE or another supported technology. Handoffs can interrupt active sessions.
An advertised “up to” speed is a maximum under qualifying conditions, not a minimum, typical speed, or guarantee. The selected plan’s Broadband Consumer Label separately identifies supportable typical download, upload, and latency performance. Local Wi-Fi can be slower than the gateway connection. No service-level or uninterrupted-performance guarantee applies unless expressly agreed in a separate service-level agreement; nonwaivable remedies remain available.
4. Travel, RVs, and movement
You may move approved equipment only among locations permitted by the selected plan. AT&T AX’s designated-address condition does not authorize ordinary travel use. TMO SM’s location-approval requirement must be satisfied before use at another location. Verizon WT’s mobile-terminal provision does not by itself establish general consumer or RV eligibility. Service while a vehicle is moving additionally depends on carrier authorization, coverage, handoffs, power, installation, and antenna stability. Rodeo does not promise unrestricted travel or uninterrupted in-transit service.
External antennas, boosters, roof mounts, and wiring must satisfy applicable law, device approvals, property rules, and carrier requirements. Secure equipment and avoid vehicle or electrical hazards. Use connectivity safely and comply with distracted-driving laws.
5. Roaming and international use
Off-network service may be unavailable or subject to different limits. The selected plan must disclose any allowed roaming territory, prolonged roaming limit, primary-address requirement, or off-network data condition before purchase. No numeric roaming threshold is created by this general policy.
AT&T AX off-network use, if authorized for the order, may be limited to 2G speeds and a line-specific allowance, with restriction or termination for exceeding it. That allowance and its territory must be confirmed; a general coverage statement is not roaming authorization. No unprovided roaming entitlement is promised for TMO SM or Verizon WT.
International use, including Canada and Mexico, is excluded unless expressly authorized in the accepted order. Receiving a cross-border signal does not create an entitlement to international service or authorize an undisclosed roaming charge.
6. Equipment and activation
Use a compatible gateway or router approved for the selected plan where certification or provisioning is required. Unauthorized SIM/eSIM transfer, equipment-identifier modification, or bypassing provisioning controls may interrupt service. Buying a device does not guarantee perpetual support for a carrier, band, SIM, or network generation.
Carrier networks may change through maintenance, expansion, spectrum changes, or retirement of technology. Rodeo provides any notice, consent opportunity, or remedy required when a material change affects your purchased service. Equipment ownership and returns follow the accepted order and Stampede offer terms.
7. Outages and critical uses
Congestion, maintenance, loss of power, damaged equipment, outages, or disasters can interrupt service. Report an issue at 509-769-3030, support@rodeointernet.com, or through Contact. Rodeo will assess reasonable troubleshooting information and coordinate with the upstream provider as appropriate.
Stampede broadband alone does not provide or guarantee 911 calling, emergency alerts, alarm connectivity, medical monitoring, payment-processing uptime, or fail-safe service. Maintain separate connectivity and suitable power reserves for critical uses. A separately ordered telephone service has its own emergency-service terms.
8. Related documents
These terms supplement the accepted Service Order and applicable Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Network Management Disclosure. The agreement’s order of precedence applies subject to law. Material limitations belong in the order or plan schedule, not only in a generic policy.
