Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 1.1

These Terms and Conditions apply to internet access supplied by Rodeo Internet LLC, also known as Rodeo Internet or Rodeo Networks (“Rodeo,” “we,” or “us”), including fiber, fixed wireless, and Rodeo Stampede 5G. They cover residential and small-business service unless a separately signed agreement expressly provides different terms.

Mobile-phone, television, voice, managed-network, and other separately ordered services may have additional agreements. The existing Rodeo Mobile Terms and Conditions concern mobile services; they do not replace these broadband terms. Stampede 5G internet is distinct from a mobile-phone plan.

1. Your agreement and disclosures

Your agreement consists of your accepted Service Order, any signed service-specific agreement, the identified plan schedule and Broadband Consumer Label, these Terms and Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable service addenda. The Privacy Policy explains information practices; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to optional marketing or other processing that requires separate consent. The Network Management Disclosure explains performance and traffic treatment. Stampede customers should also read the Coverage and Portability Terms.

We provide the applicable documents and plan-specific label before acceptance and identify their versions in the order. Subject to nonwaivable law, a signed service-specific agreement and your accepted Service Order control over general policy language for the matters they expressly address; the accepted plan schedule and service addenda then control over these general terms. An undisclosed restriction or fee is not added through a general reference to a carrier policy. The label, order, and plan schedule must agree on material prices and limitations; ask Rodeo to resolve a discrepancy before accepting an order.

You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement and authority to order service for the account and premises. Keep your contact details current and protect account credentials. Inform Rodeo promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Responsibility for unauthorized activity remains subject to applicable law.

2. Availability, qualification, and performance

Availability depends on the service address, network facilities, installation feasibility, selected plan, and compatible equipment. A coverage map or preliminary address result is an estimate, not a guarantee of installation or usable service. We confirm material requirements and charges before you accept an order. If an accepted order cannot be supplied as agreed, contact Rodeo for cancellation, an agreed alternative, or any refund or remedy required by your order or law.

Advertised maximum or “up to” speeds are not minimum or typical speeds. Your plan’s Broadband Consumer Label gives supportable typical download speed, upload speed, and latency. Actual performance varies with shared capacity, equipment, Wi-Fi, wiring, connected devices, destination servers, maintenance, and other conditions. Broadband service does not include an uptime or performance service-level agreement unless one is separately signed.

3. Fiber internet

Fiber service is supplied to an approved fixed address. Installation may require access to a building, utility route, demarcation point, optical network terminal (ONT), and power. You must obtain the property owner’s permission and any permissions for work on property you do not own. Rodeo will explain proposed installation work, any special construction charges, and responsibility for wiring before you authorize that work.

Keep provider-owned fiber, ONTs, enclosures, and power equipment reasonably accessible for agreed installation, maintenance, or removal. Do not cut, disconnect, relocate, or look into exposed fiber or optical connectors. Ask Rodeo to arrange changes. Customer-owned routers and internal wiring must be compatible with the ordered service. Equipment ownership, installation boundaries, and return obligations must appear in the order; an ONT does not automatically become customer property.

A fiber connection may share network capacity, and the advertised service rate does not guarantee the same speed over every Wi-Fi device. Power loss at the premises or elsewhere in the network can interrupt service. A move requires new qualification and an agreed service transfer; availability and construction costs may differ at the new address.

4. Fixed wireless internet

Fixed wireless service connects an approved premises to a Rodeo or partner access point. Eligibility may depend on a site survey, line of sight or adequate signal, mounting location, available sector capacity, and interference. Terrain, foliage, weather, obstructions, and changes at surrounding properties may affect service after installation.

Any roof, wall, mast, cable, grounding, or power work requires the necessary property permissions and an agreed installation scope. Keep installed antennas, radios, and cabling secure and avoid moving, obstructing, or modifying them without coordinating with Rodeo. Notify Rodeo of construction or vegetation changes that may affect the path. Fixed wireless is tied to the authorized installation; it is not a portable Stampede plan. Relocation requires requalification and advance disclosure of any new charges.

5. Stampede 5G internet and portability

Stampede uses authorized carrier networks and approved gateways to provide domestic broadband. Home, work, travel, and RV use are available only to the extent permitted by the selected plan, equipment, and underlying carrier. A national footprint does not mean coverage at every address, road, campground, or building. A connection may use 4G LTE instead of 5G. Neither uninterrupted in-motion service nor international use is included unless expressly stated in the order.

The plan schedule must disclose any primary-location registration, travel, roaming, in-motion, device, SIM/eSIM, hotspot, or video restriction before purchase. It must also state the data allowance or priority threshold and what happens when it is reached. “Unlimited” does not promise constant speed, unlimited priority data, unrestricted roaming, or freedom from disclosed network management. See the Coverage and Portability Terms and Network Management Disclosure.

Carrier conditions apply to every retail pricing option: AT&T Unlimited AX is for business applications at a verified designated address, with additional congestion treatment after 250 GB per billing cycle and managed video. TMO SM Unlimited requires written location approval and permits plan removal or reassignment above 1.2 TB per SIM per cycle. VZ Unlimited 5G WT is business-only, may deprioritize all data during congestion, and limits additional usage to up to 3 Mbps after 1.2 TB per cycle; repeated exceedance can require migration or lead to suspension. Verizon WT also requires prior approval for continuous video, public/guest Wi-Fi, and hosting. Full conditions are in the Network Management Disclosure and must be reflected in the accepted plan schedule.

6. Stampede pricing and commitments

The following retail options apply only when selected in an accepted Stampede order with an eligible subscriber, use, location, and equipment. Standard, Standard Annual, and Elite describe price, commitment, and equipment; none overrides carrier eligibility or creates residential, travel, or RV permission. They do not set prices or commitments for fiber, fixed wireless, mobile-phone, or a separately quoted business agreement.

  • Standard — $99/month, month to month: $99/month for internet, plus the listed equipment purchase price and one $65 shipping/setup fee. No annual service commitment or annual early termination fee applies. Purchased equipment remains yours when service ends.
  • Standard Annual — $89/month, 12-month subscriber agreement: $89/month for internet for 12 months ($1,068 in service payments), plus the listed equipment purchase price and one $65 shipping/setup fee. Purchased equipment remains yours when service ends.
  • Elite — $129/month, 12-month subscriber agreement with equipment: $129/month for 12 months, plus one $65 shipping/setup fee. The 12-month total is $1,613, and the first-month subtotal is $194, before taxes or optional expedited shipping. The included equipment becomes yours after the full 12-month subscriber agreement is satisfied and your account is in good standing.

Stampede billing begins on the order date. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days, not guaranteed. Any expedited-shipping price, applicable taxes, supplied equipment model, and upgrade charge must be disclosed before acceptance. The $65 amount is a single combined shipping/setup fee; separate legacy shipping, activation, or setup fees are not added to these offers.

Ending either 12-month Stampede agreement early carries a $350 early termination fee where enforceable and disclosed in the accepted order; the remaining contract months are not also charged. If the equipment-included agreement ends early, return the supplied equipment and SIM within 14 calendar days after cancellation using Rodeo’s return instructions. Fully satisfying the 12-month agreement with the account in good standing transfers ownership and removes that equipment-return obligation. This policy does not create an additional undisclosed equipment penalty, buyout amount, or restocking fee. Cancellation and statutory remedies for service failure or other protected circumstances remain available.

After the initial 12-month Standard Annual or Elite agreement, service defaults to $99/month without a new annual commitment. If you sign another 12-month subscriber agreement, service is $89/month for that additional year. A new annual commitment requires your agreement; it is not automatic. The Elite hardware-inclusive $129 rate does not continue after the initial term. Equipment ownership remains subject to fully satisfying the initial agreement and keeping the account in good standing. The accepted order must state the applicable renewal price and commitment before acceptance.

7. Billing, recurring payments, and disputes

Your order specifies the billing start date, billing cycle, monthly price, one-time charges, taxes, equipment charges, commitment, and any promotional or post-term rate. For services other than the Stampede offers above, those amounts and dates come from the accepted order. Late, returned-payment, reconnection, construction, or non-return charges apply only if disclosed and permitted by law. No fee is created merely by listing its category here.

Any recurring card or bank-payment authorization is presented separately with the amount or calculation method, schedule, and cancellation instructions. Accepting these terms alone does not authorize an undisclosed debit. Revoking a payment authorization and cancelling service are separate actions; contact Rodeo to arrange payment for lawful outstanding charges and to end service if desired. Mandatory cancellation and payment rights are preserved.

Review invoices and contact Rodeo promptly if you believe a charge or usage measurement is wrong. We will investigate and explain the result. This request for prompt contact does not shorten a legal dispute period or waive chargeback, regulator, or other rights.

8. Cancellation, equipment returns, and refunds

You may request cancellation through Contact, by calling 509-769-3030, or by emailing support@rodeointernet.com. We may verify account authority and will confirm the effective date, final billing treatment, and any return instructions. Cancelling promotional messages does not cancel broadband service.

Any notice period, treatment of a partial billing period, trial offer, equipment refund, return-shipping cost, or other cancellation condition must be disclosed in the accepted order. This general policy does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule. Any required refund, credit, warranty, or statutory cancellation right takes priority over a conflicting contract provision. Contact Rodeo if service cannot be activated, equipment arrives damaged, or performance is materially different from what was agreed.

Return provider-owned equipment as required by the order, allowing for ordinary wear, and retain shipment records. The 14-day Stampede rule above applies to early termination of its equipment-included offer; it does not automatically apply to purchased equipment, fiber ONTs, or fixed wireless radios. Those items follow their own disclosed ownership and return terms.

9. Acceptable use, security, and suspension

Use the service lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Ordinary household or workplace activity, VPN use, gaming, streaming, and reasonable guest access are not inherently violations. Do not resell service as a retail communications provider without written permission, attack networks, distribute malware, or defeat provisioning and security controls.

Rodeo may take proportionate action for a material agreement breach, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or a serious network threat. Where practical and legally required, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before restriction or termination. Immediate measures may be necessary to stop ongoing harm or comply with law. Contact support to dispute a restriction. Suspension does not create an undisclosed penalty or eliminate applicable refund and notice rights.

Keep customer-managed devices updated and protect Wi-Fi and account passwords. Rodeo may perform necessary provisioning, diagnostics, and security updates on managed service equipment as described in the order and Privacy Policy. Internet access and third-party content cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Outages, critical uses, and responsibility

Maintenance, power failures, damaged facilities, upstream outages, weather, congestion, and other events can interrupt service. Report outages to Rodeo so we can troubleshoot and coordinate repairs. Any service credit or service-level remedy in your order, and any remedy required by law, remains available.

Broadband alone is not a telephone or 911 service and does not guarantee emergency calling, alerts, alarm connectivity, medical monitoring, or payment-processing uptime. A separately ordered voice service has its own emergency-service terms. Maintain suitable backup power and an independent connection where interruption could create significant harm.

Unless expressly agreed in a service-level agreement, Rodeo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular application’s performance, or every advertised maximum speed at every moment. We do not control third-party websites, applications, or content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses Rodeo’s fraud or willful misconduct, or removes applicable consumer warranties and remedies.

11. Changes, existing customers, and resolving concerns

These terms apply when validly accepted or made applicable with required notice and consent. Publishing a new version does not silently rewrite an existing fixed-term agreement. We provide notice of material price, service, or policy changes and any required consent or cancellation opportunity under your agreement and applicable law. Revised terms operate prospectively.

Please contact Rodeo first so we can try to resolve a concern. This request does not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or class action, or prevent you from contacting a regulator, seeking small-claims relief, or exercising other available rights. Applicable federal law and the laws that govern your service and consumer rights apply; these general terms do not impose an exclusive distant forum. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law.
